Hi there, I had to take down the screenshot you attached because your support key was exposed. If your game is stuck or doesn't get past the loading screen, please try the following:
-Check Your Internet Connection
-Force Close and Reopen the App
-Restart Your Device
-Check for App Updates
-Clear the App Cache (Android Only)
-Go to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Storage > Tap “Clear Cache.”
