ads watching problem

Hello, From few days i have problem after watching ads tournament it crashing game or when want to buy tickets after pressed ,,watch add,, there is information ,,continent not available,, and cannot finish bronze tickets. Anyone know how to fix it?

You could try to fix it (at least temporarily) by resetting your "ad ID" (you will maybe have to do it more often). It helped me on numerous occasions, but not always.
It is done on a device, not within your game - and there is a different way for Android and iOS devices. So I would recommend Googling "ad ID reset" for your specific device type.

Same, I watched like 10 ads for b DNA but only got like 150 and not 500 because every ad equals to 50 b DNA

My ads just straight up don't work most of the time and still crash often

I'm fairly sure there's a bigger problem with them
