Rather then have the Dino start from 0 and work its way up during its recharge, have it start from the HP it had when the battle is over. That way, if a High level Dino barely took any damage, it doesn’t take days to recharge

That's nice yes , but also I think that he should have a minimum coldown even if he didn't take any damage
