This isn’t the first time it has happened but every few months after my vip subscription starts again, I get logged out of my Facebook account and this is what appears every time I go to login.
I cannot press anything to go to the sign in section of Facebook to log into my Facebook and I would like to know what I should do. Any suggestions?

It won’t let me log in the app, all my data is on my Facebook account and I don’t want to restart from scratch
And I takes me straight to Facebook when I click Facebook log in

It's really strange. When I connect to the Facebook website, it always locks my account. Later, there was no accident when I logged in with the app. Maybe your app was blocked from jumping to Facebook?
