So like I said on another channel, I'm an old player of the game and I had an account. I uninstalled it 1 year ago now and when I downloaded it and connect myself to the Google Play, I expected to find my old account back, instead of what I find myself with a completely new account and I have to start since the beginning with the tutorial etc... How is this possible ? Have I done something wrong ? My old account was really at an advanced point in the game so no way I start it again lol. Btw I can even find the success I unlocked years ago with the old account so I suppose it comes from the game. Can someone help me here ? Because the in-game assistance is not really clear.

if u have ur old acc support key u can contact support in game and get a recovery assistance.
if u dont have ur old accs support key but ure still using the same device u had ur old acc on u should share ur new accs support key and theyd try to find an old acc used on the same device
okay thanks, I have done several ticket because each time I log into the game I loose the former ticket I have done, do I have a way to see all the tickets made ? I juste created a new one but it might be more difficult for the Support to help me no ?
I don't want to be annoying but i will do everything to get my account back
normally u should b able to access ur 1st ticket as soon as u creat it unless it gets closed by the support but tht would normally happen if the issue has been resolved/ if its alrdy been looked into
well I can't have access to it, the problem is not solved and no one answered me yet
hopefully a support will message u here ... the only other thing i can inform u about is a link which basically allows u to contact the team outside of the game

i havnt opened a ticket in a hot min so i cant rly tell how u could do tht but if i remember correctly each opened ticket looked like similar to how chatrooms on an application look like

idk what chatrooms u r talking about, when I contact the support I can only see my last ticket but not the one made before
i'm lost
and they are so slow to respond, without u I would still be trying to figure out how to reach support.....
