It makes it insanely difficult to get a lot of the dinos you need for mid-late game. It doesn’t really add anything of value to the game and amber takes absolutely forever to get.

While I don't think repeat posts are good after a while, this one I fully back icl, like I have every hybrid needed from the amber market but I still don't like the fact it's there, it does increase difficulty for no real reason especially when I can grind for most tournament creatures and even legendary hybrids faster than I can get a suchomimus or dimetrodon, which y'know are regular legendaries that don't compare in any way-

I thought the same as you did. Amber market is just not for low level players, but it's a non-issue once you get to level 60.
I have literally maxed all amber creatures except the legendary aquatics and I very well could max those three if I wanted to.

I unlocked the boss vs boss events, which can reward up to 18k amber

Level up Omega.
My line up is: level 31 Omega 09, level 10 Salamander 16, level 11 Valkyrie 77 and level 10 Juggernaut 32.
The bosses leveled up in this way make the battles very easy because they make the opponents very weak.
Omega can 2 shot all enemy Juggernauts, 2 shot and more rarely 3 shot all enemy Valkyries, 1 shot or 2 shot all enemy Omegas and 3 shot or 4 shot all enemy Salamanders

The other bosses are helpful with this strategy, but Omega remains the main source of damage, also due to the excellent revive skill.

I suggest to keep your bosses to those levels until you completely maxed out twice all the amber creatures, then you can max them all for fun, but there's no need to make the battles harder soon.
