I have been wondering if I'm the only one who needs this. I want more Herbivorous + Piscivorus hybrids. So, I created the Quetsazinosaurus! A combination of Therozinosaurus Gen 2 and Quetzacoatlas. I think it would look like this. Two medium sized, feathered wings poking out of the arms, a longer beak and shorter claws.

This Dinosaur would be a Herbivore,

it's Rarity would be Legendary

its Stats for the attack would be 550. With its level 40 being 2,500

and its health would be 1,000. With its level 40 being 3,500

all i can say is this is a neat concept but i wouldnt have much hope for its stats bcuz its a half super rare
