That's true to a certain however, due to the stat spread I went with I feel like it would balance it out with it's hp being low just like metriophadon and segnosuchus.
Plus segnosuchus has postosuchus as a hybrid ingredient same with metriophadon having dimorphodon as a hybrid ingredient
Also creatozinisaurus needs two tanks to be created yet it's attk is as high as yudon and chromaspinus yet it it's hp isnt

i mean those stats are insane compared to the "baseline" stats for a hybrid where they add both stats then multiply by 2, as a baseline, assuming we do that here are the "average" stats:
hp: ~3906
atk: ~2562
(obv at lvl40)
thats roughly the exact same ferocity as indominus, but i wouldnt expect much from the worst tournament creature anyways
