I had a similar situation today when I was trying to lift the cargo chest.
As a result, I, along with the cargo and thunder chests, were under the textures under the base
But I didn't lose hope! I only had one thing left, to take the chest out of DD
So I was flying under the textures towards the exit of the DD, and in the end I was spat out from under the textures onto the surface close to the shield wall.
and everything ended well, to my surprise, and the chest was intact and didn't break or fall

How it once looked.. VS how it looks today.

Moving out, taking my entire storage and things to my new endgame 2.0 base which is in a different spot.
It really feels sad, i spend around 800+ playtime hours of my time in exact the same base and spot in the eastern shield wall, now im moving far away to a "better" spot i really wanted to have a base at.

All the good memories, fun and happiness are fading away.. the base becoming one with the desert.. disappearing after so long.

But sometimes you have to just let go and move on :)

Yeah, thats what im doing.. flying the carrier + cargo container back and forth.
flying to the location and then through world map back since its faster.

but even the cargo container is hitting 150/150 items or 15.000 volume pretty fast, i just got to many materials 🥲

omg.. i didnt think about this in my new base, i didnt even setup filters in the already standing 4 large windtraps 🥲
well- thats for the next few hours to figure out but i think maybe having multiple 10k or 20k literjons and then transporting water this way might be the best way.

or using advanced deathstills if you need quick water, it still takes 45 min but it gives you 45.000 water, if you have multiple of these.. its gonna be a lot of water :D

changed the height of my landing pads, and now any vehicles on them are fully "sheltered in base", despite having zero pentashields

there are also these three extra pads available, for more guests/guildmates to use. All fully storm-proof.

it looks like your between the mesh of the desert floor and the floor of the terrain above you, so you should be able to go wedge yourself against the ground above you in a corner and then unstuck just fine

First time ever using the "Kyne's Cutteray" and im not sure if its any better than the Tarl Cutteray, it does give more on mining i think but im not sure, i rarely use hand cutterays and mostly only the buggy 🤷‍♀️

Thats actually how i always felt with the Compact Compactor mk6.
That its not worth using it, it is a good one.. yeah- but the cost of repairing it.. feels more expensive than you get back on spice melanges by using it.

I like it a lot! Consider breaking up the "circuit walls" by reversing them! The "inner face" has a more predominant stone texture, but it flows pretty well with the outer face.

To avoid conflict with other players. I love the Dune franchise and wanted to play this game. I don't want to be forced to stay away from forced pvp areas just because the strain the stress of it could put on my heart.

I just wanted to enjoy the story, the scene, the spice. I'm not a fighter, and I wouldn't have won. If people are just gonna take from others the only place I could have been was a private server.

absolutely none of the story content requires interaction with other players, and if youre in a guild then they can do the fighting for you when the need arises. Also, pvp isnt like turned off on private servers, it can still happen in the DD since all private servers are tied to the same DD.

Not all private servers are tied to the same DD. It's 25/1 and alot of servers don't have 25 active slots some only have a handful. The one I was on had 2 other people who were active the opposite part of the day from when I was.

You can also buy your own private DD from xrealms

I mean I gotta say its kind of a you-problem there, if your main priority is the story that can super easily be done on public servers. Now is the best time for it too, the games been catered to solo play so much you can fully farm the endgame without having to pvp once.

If you placed decorations or any type of storage/machines on the ground, which aren't placed on base parts/floors, they wont be included.
So you have to have things on pieces from the base, not on terrain and rocks.

if I can offer unsolicited advice, you'll get to the carrier quicker with your bindu sprint than with the shigawire like that, and when you get the crawler hooked with the carrier, activate the boost, it'll get you off the ground considerably faster, which is so very important in moments like that

They also should provide a way to use ALL variants no matter the actual armor you're wearing, i mean you struggle, do the quest lines, bust your ass to get the faction to 5 and you cant even use HALF of the stuff you have access to cuz of the armor/weapons HAVING to match the variants and its BS. I want that heavy armor variant STYLE/LOOK but i dont wear heavy armor, a "Style" should be able to be used universally on all armor, light, med, heavy etc. we shouldnt be restricted on style usage.

nope, not without managing to clip in some squares somehow you wouldnt be able to. its why i have them on the sides. i have already changed it more now since the central tower looked out of place. i have a few extra suports and a bridge half way up the tower from the thopter storage area.

When did you last update your graphic drivers? I'd maybe also look at reseating your GPU (take it out and put it back in, obviously be careful, make sure power is completely off, follow a tutorial if you've not done anything like that before)

You can put a fief as close to any ornicopter exit he has and build a large closed wall with some foul language. Thats extremly satisfying atleast. Ive done it a few times

as a solo pve player i just hate these dungeons, also because i'm a complete idiot when it comes to melee.. being a sniper is cool though.. so far I have managed to get the boss down two bars on level 1 but thats about it.. died about 20 times now..

You need to connect the long special piece to the other long special piece, it's a bit tricky to connect them together without connecting it to another wall next to it :,)

And if that doesn't work, try placing another wall at the bottom and then connecting the special piece to that wall the way you want it.

It's difficult to explain it but I know that it can cause issues, you have to try and error a bit.
