Yeah that tracks. They do manufacture artificial eyes (which is in fact touched on in the Swordsman class quests) and other things. They use technology to extend humanity to its limits, much like how the Bene Geserit use genetics and "mystic powers" to live for centuries and master weirding ways.

And thankfully the game lets you toggle the blue eye shine effect from spice to your liking. Might make sense not to show that, if the eyes aren't fully organic.

You can actually see the light spread all throughout those walls at night in that image. Do the same thing on a hark build and it literally doesn't light up jack lmao.
