I absolutely love the base building in this game. Had a blast playing around with creating a build with some interesting geometry. In particular really proud of the landing bay "pods" with what I'm imagining are big blast doors that can swing close.

Had a few goals going in, namely to make something small enough to be a reasonable singleplayer build, but with enough space for expansion. Also wanted to keep all the water plants accessible, even for strangers. So left all the doors open with full access, and a moody little basement below for access to all of it.

This game is so atmospheric man, I'm obsessed.

if you set one chem to output to circuit 8 and will it with 5 single darts, then a crate to input circuit 8, you can easily have them funnel into a single crate without randomly flooding all your storage

You really don't help your base with using the Harko set as well as using 1 big shape.
Try to break it more up, different shapes, levels, overghangs, pillars etc.

Completely gaps a major road in ESW that then I placed a usable tunnel for all to use without blocking the road passage.

Huge thanks for thinking about others and making the road passable for everyone! It’s rare to see someone build with consideration for the community. Some people block everything completely, leaving just a tiny gap that even a sandbike can barely squeeze through. Bring the pentashiel more inside, like an overhang or sth to hide it a bit from the outside face.
Use more varied wall pieces to break up the monotony of the wall.
Make the walls more varied in depth, some overhangs, indents and other details to make it more interesting.

I think F, E and D bands make more sense to be PVE so it's half and half and just makes more sense from a layout perspecitve or hell just give us two seperate DD's one PvE varient and one PvP. If the PvP one is dead thats because the majority of players don't want to PvP and vise versa

I honestly just put pentashields on either side of my garage and it still looks nice enough, the large door looks nice but it's really not that good in practicality

your better off styling to make the pentashield fit better (imo) and building up the garage than worrying about the entrance itself

im very much of a build as you go guy so I can't give you good ideas off the top of my head id have to build with your buildset to get any real idea of what to make

But towers are your friend from what I can tell

You could very easily add some towers to the outside maybe even balconies that lead into a tower, just to give it that little something more

the only issue is I build in sections you essentially have your base finished it's very hard to introduce new things to it, I started with a middle section for my base, then the front and then the garage
