Armor Rad suit has enough Armor to make you pretty immune to Darts
Like a full set of Pincushion -would- give you a bit more durability.... but it is like 5 times the effort for minimal pay off

Same reason I don't always wears a stillsuit. Light armor has lower stamina cost.
