I recently got into gatekeeper and haven't been able to make it past stage 5 because my game keeps crashing. Any fixes?
I've tried running as administer, updated my drivers, and verified my game files but it keeps crashing

Q: I saw a bug or the game suddenly crashed.
A: Close and do not start the game. Go to C:\Users\ USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Gravity Lagoon\Gatekeeper Infinity. Find the Player.log and Player-prev.log files there. Please send these files to me. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a brief description of what exactly happened.

Sorry for the late response I was at work and haven't been able to get to my pc till now

I was in the middle of a new run and my whole entire pc came to a complete stop i wasnt able to hit ctrl alt delete to bring up my task manager everything stopped working, and this happened a couple times. Afterwards I updated my drivers and verified my game files in steam the game would simply crash with no real reason, my pc was fine and not overheated, i hope this helps.

At the moment we haven't identified the issue, but we are trying to find out
There have been very few cases, making it hard to detect a pattern
