At the finale of Endwalker, it's just ||us and our conviction standing alone against an impossibly gargantuan foe ahead of us, and an impossibly gargantuan burden behind us. We felt this for a matter of hours, but Emet-Selch had been enduring that for a thousand-thousand lifetimes. And, his Shadowbringers personality of being grandiose on the surface and traveling the realm to find places to nap in, could those be the remnants of Hythlodeus and Azem's influence upon him? It would make sense to me, also fitting with his dialogue to us about Azem's Crystal. "As the bearer of the Crystal of Azem, it is the least you could do. At least I thought as much." Just as Azem did for him, he took their crystal around to show the marvels of their creation's progeny.||

well depending on how far in you are then you may already know why they are behaving the way they are which 84-86 msq-ish, ||they were tasked by hydaelyn to prepare for the great exodus and be the stars saviours, and were also bound by an enchantment to where they physically could not speak about their mission, which is why in 5.55 they disagree that the final days are upon them because they will know when the final days are actually upon them (that being with the demise of zodiark), so while they may appear pretentious its with good reason as they actually are super important basically second to hydaelyn||

Other than RPR and SGE, other jobs didn’t get a quest this time. So going forward if they stop adding jobs, it’ll be role quests only. A shame we’ll never get in-depth job lore anymore

Yep. They're not writing job quests anymore because writing 21 different job stories is an expensive use of resources.

So all new jobs will get their 10 levels of story and that's it.

DRG? We know the order is gone but the actual art was ever meant as Estinien did in EW, to fight as dragon riders not dragon slayers. With Dragons now in cooperation the way they are, are dragoons gonna be re established?

We get told there are RPRs around but I’d like to meet them. Are they all garlean pureblood? Are non garleans picking this up too? What’s the deal with a bunch of people working so safely with voidsents something Eorzea couldn’t do? All Eorzea have is void mages who end up dead or as hosts to voidsents.

I’d like to know the developments. Even if there’s no quest, a single dialogue to show how things are would be nice

RDM, GNB, MNK, AST, MCH, BLU, WAR and even SMN was being continued properly in ShB but I don’t know how they’ll continue as of EW

While certain jobs just, ended

DRK and DRG particularly seem like dead jobs now

Tbh idk if Drusilla also plans on teaching reaper stuffs to other but she does seem to want to work alongside Eorzeans. I wish we saw the development on this a bit

Per the lorebook, by the end of the Dragonsong War there were 10 dragoons remaining in active service, the rest of the usual complement of 30 having been killed or injured.

However the SB DRG quests touch on the dragoons post-war, and their new role being experts on dragons and sharing their knowledge for betterment of relations and stuff

Stuff you have penta'd seems to be a smaller upgrade and obviously the weapon would be your biggest upgrade due to the WD

You rerun these dungeons a lot. Branching dungeons are just not fun after the 4th time. You'd eventually just aim for the most efficient path and ignore the rest.

So why bother?

The raid music thing is odd as all the previous raids were using stuff that already existed mostly so if anything older raids had no new music, else it would be just the same track till the final fight of the tier anyway

let's look at Eden specifically - the first tier

E1 and E2 used a remix of FF8's boss theme
E3 used a remix of Leviathan's theme
E4 used a remix of Titan's theme

compare that to Pandaemonium

P1 - P3 use the same theme
P4 has a different one

both are new

Alex had new stuff coils were just remixes of answers so, so far 2 of the 8 man raids have had new music
