Let its entry level still be 61 but allow progression for 61-90.

You are correct in theory but in practice mobs in Deep Dungeon die far too quickly and mass pulling isn't viable, so you end up doing a half baked rotation on squishy mobs 1 or 2 at a time.
In Bozja you can aoe and actually perform your full rotation. That's on top of wacky shit Lost Actions allow you to do since Lost Actions are way more flexible than the shit you get in Deep Dungeon.

So there may eventually, and I mean REALLY far down the line be diminishing returns.
Like even if they'd decided "okay well we're immortal and the sundered are okay I guess" the Ascians would probably eventually experience soul death.
It'd just be so monumentally far away that it doesn't matter.
