Reason I say Emet in particular is because he narrates the Endwalker trailer so I suspect his influence will be felt in some way, but also because he says that he genuinely tried to live with sundered beings but was disappointed each and every time. I can see him making a city where 'everyone is equal and has a voice, in the pursuit of knowledge' and being disgusted and disappointed yet again when it fails to live up to his impossible standards of being Amaurot.
