We both think of it in terms of a geographic area going from Britan to Russia, but we also think of it in terms of the European Union which consists of some (but not all) of the nations in that region. So Eorzea can mean the entire geographic area, including Xelphatol, Dravania, Ylfaem, Mor Dhona, and Paglth'an, or you can think of it as the Eorzean Alliance which only means the five city states and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn in advisory role.

I think the 7.0 jobs might just be the last jobs added into the game: Phys Ranged and Caster.

Numerically wise, the jobs would all be pretty balanced

You can't add another healer without disrupting the shields vs heals unless u want to add 2 healers in an expac which is...uh, not good.

The weapons team probably don't want more on their plate and I'm sure the AF gear team doesn't want that either.

we're likely to see the scouting melee sooner rather than later because they design around 2/1/1 dps comp and that makes it an "even" 6 melee/3 caster/3 pranged
