i'm kind of thinking that the job will have a stance system, one focused on dealing heavy damage to one enemy, and the other focused on dealing damage to larger groups. Probably visualized as switching between brutal two-handed sweeps and slashes, and elegant one-handed spins and twirls. To tie into possible Type-0 influence, maybe the change is catalyzed with building up blood/death on the blade, and then when a gauge is full switching stances to release it?
