No, the game does not say we lost ground, but we HOLD Ghimlyt, so a victory by Zenos, does not imply they'd gain ground. However, holding Ghimlyt means the advantage, so a victory against the empire, taking out their strongest piece, WOULD translate to gained ground. Does that make sense?
