Previously the healers were designed the way they were on purpose; a pure healer and barrier healer, ideally you take one of both. Then one that can toggle between either to fill in the missing role. Not the toggle is just a pure healer, and the new one is just a barrier healer, meaning which ever one is the more useful of each will be the ones more used
