Like, realistically, Templars will likely just be a special knight order for that region I cant pronounce or spell ever. Using Scythes and Spellblade attacks with the middle eastern look. Temple Knights is Ivalices order of knights, so it wont be called Temple Knight. Paladins dont use faith, but they do use Holy Magic to protect the Sultana. Templars could be actual religious defenders of stuff going on there, compared to Temple Knights being a city state thing, and Paladins being an order that protects royalty
