It depends on what look you're going for.

They've been unlocking a lot of outfits that were originally gender-locked, but there's still a good amount of female armor that's a lot sexier/skimpier, and of course the female versions of outfits tend to be more feminine.

If you want something that doesn't glow, consider the Cobalt Winglet or perhaps the Titanium Bastard Sword.

If you want something that's shaped like a normal sword but does glow, I like Suzaku's Flame-Kissed Longsword.

Okay. I'm not finding much that has the right shape and the white glow - Matte Blade's Honor dyed white might be close, but that one's going to be a pain in the ass to get, so I can't really recommend it on "I think it might be close". The Crystarium Sword or the Dzemael Winglet might also work, and they're easier to get. I don't think any of them are long enough unless you're a Roe, though, and the shape's not quite right on any of them.

The Winglet doesn't take dye (and has no model dupes that do), so that may also be a problem, but that particular one does seem to have the white blade.
