Otherwise Theophany Robe (WHM lv 89-90 AF gear) looks pretty good match too.
Or High Summoner's attire (The gloves have good sleeves)
Or Eastern Lady Errant's Coat (Having a tailcoat might be problematic though) Ref: https://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/glamour/101736/shrine-maiden (Full mogstation gear though)

Hey, does anyone have any recommendations for aiming/dancer boots that I could use instead of 2B boots for this outfit? Idk if they truly fit with it, plus like 2B boots are just so overused lol. I have tried ishgardianian thighboots and expeditioner's thigh boots, but they just feel too bulky compared to the sleek cloth of the rest

You don't actually need to do pvp so extensively. Just do your daily frontline roulette everyday.
It gives a crap ton of xp so it's highly recommended to do it normally (unless u already have all lv 90 DoW/DoM). It also gives you a decent amount of pvp seals to spend on the shop.

As for the content, you don't have to take it so seriously. Most people understand that people are there just for the xp and don't take the match seriously (although there are some tryhards who inevitably get a little noisy)

~~Hmm... Personally the skirt is a mismatch for me. It's a little flimsy/light in contrast to the more "leathery"/rigid top and shoes
Perhaps consider a more "tighter" skirt if you're going for an "office lady" look like Patrician bottoms (though it comes with stockings, so an alternative to it)
Or if u're going for a "schoolgirl" look, then something similar to Collegiate Skirt (which is mogstation sadly)

EDIT: Nvm... turns out almost all alternative options are either from Mogstation, for DoW classes, or comes with socks/stockings which doesn't look good with your shoes.
The only exception being Uraeus Skirt which I'm not sure how well will fit into your look

Why the fuck is the Murgleis held with the knuckle guard pointing away from your character’s knuckles?

Doing that not only exposes the back of your hand, but it also makes range of motion a big problem now that you have a piece of metal in the way to stop you.

And even if they flipped it, it would still maintain symmetry; you still got these weird adornments next to the base of the blade

'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms. You can unlock the ability to glamour by doing the level 15 quests 'If I Had a Glamour' in Vesper Bay, West Thanalan. Although not required, you can unlock the ability to dye gear with the nearby quest 'Color Your World'. You can get the Orange Juice needed by talking to the nearby Merchant & Mender. Items used for glamouring are not lost upon use.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. After clicking this you choose the item you want the appearance on the right half of the menu that opened up. You can get more Glamour Prisms by either crafting them after completing the quest 'Absolutely Glamourous', buying them from your Grand Company Quartermaster, or buying them from the marketboard.

There are two types of metal dyeing
It either stays metallic no matter what dye you pick, or it dyes like plastic

If the headpiece you wear doesnt look like plastic when dyed bone white for example, aldgoat brown is generally a good dye to make your metal plating gold, but not overbearing
