I'm currently playing an ancient character from launch (just returned to the game for the first time) and I'm not entirely happy with my race/looks. Are beards still as scant as they were at launch, or have they added more?

@crisp badge you can sólo ARR And HW A ranks. There is maps with the spawn points on "the hunt" website. Doing daily and weekly hunts from board will also give you some. Blue mage carneval gives seals as well. Killing S ranks gives a lot of them too, but for that you'll have to either spawn them or join a discord what notifies you when other people does it.
Hunt trains at lv 80 will only give you sacks of nuts, poetics, allegory and revelation.

Well there are 3rd party programs that gives more luminosity and colours to the game and some people I know wear it all the time. But most people use them only to take screen. Other wise the only way to light your character "artificially" is using gpose.
