@umbral plume you get them from the free marriage also but they are not dyeable. But is not a big deal with the only thing that dyes is the buttons and a tiny ribbon on the back of the boot.

You don't have to get married married, but you still have to do all the quests, you'll get it after you do the quests if I don't remember wrong.
