@umbral plume artifact gear are made like that exclusively for a job to make them different from others. It's a special perk and that won't change. What they do is like for example. Taking ala mhigan coat of Fending is exclusive for tanks but the same model is now a lv 70+ gear called zonureskin coat of mining and only dragoon wears it. This happens a a lot for different gear, dungeon gears.
