if people are matching we just stack more tightly
either everyone will be correct, or there'll be two groups with matching colors
so we have the BRD or healers swap from the same color pairs

there's actually a cozy JP pug strat I heard about that's similar, with the addition of a marker above and below the middle set
and if you don't match with your partner, one person goes to the north marker, one person to the south marker
that way, you don't even have to think about who you have to swap with or whatever
if you have the same color, you just move to the waymark, and it gets resolved, without needing to pay attention to anyone else
yeah I just stand there and either the BRD tries to get the fist AoEs perfectly stacked with me, or he goes and swaps out with a healer

Biggest and most common problem I face with suzaku is people buggering up on colours and then I have to use heal lb3 because of the Mana strain and dps downtime and it ends with no dps lb3 and enrage because dps is rubbish
