Bloodwhetting is extremely useful in enemy trash, and it's on a very short cooldown so you can use it often

Reprisal and Arm's Length are also very handy, gimping every enemy's damage output and attack speed. In bosses, reprisal is useful for mitigating raidwides, and Arm's Length is just for nullifying knockbacks

Shake It Off is also for mitting raidwide stuff, since it gives everyone in the party some protection. Be warned: don't use it while other mits (mainly bloodwhetting and damnation) are rolling, it removes them for marginally bigger shields that do not offset the loss of mit
