there's always gonna be a fire clone in melee
so if the one I focus on goes to melee I already know where the dark clone for melee is (directly opposite on the other side of the hitbox)
if the one I focus on doesn't go to melee then I know the dark clone for melee is on the same side where the one I focused on jumped
just, one step closer to the hitbox
