The game doesn't enforce the uniqueness limit for old catchup gear

there’s no hard rule. they just sometimes mark the item as “unique” which means only one can be equipped

it's applied through 2, it did much lower damage as part of the combo chain so they both finished the combo regardless of either 1/2 i think, so somewhat similar to drg? maybe im misremembering

Last I checked DRG rotation on 2 targets, it does just alternate the dot cycle on each one in turn, though I haven't checked in some time
