speed is the only stat in the game that can theoretically scale as hard as crit does, it's not linear
the only two considerations to be made are 1) every speed tier you go up is 400 extra mp a minute you're spending, and 2) if you really care about parsing slower sets can often sim higher at +2/3 standard deviations because you're just gambling for the one in a thousand crit runs at that point
