There's a mechanic in A4S called Fracture and its a big ass blue orb and the intended way to deal with it is to have the entire party soak it because it does big damage and applies a vuln stack to whoever it hits
BUT
The off tank only really has to worry about adds and those spawn at very specific intervals
So the off tank can pop invuln and eat it
Or just not pop invuln and one of the healers hard casts rez
