As a very general rule, every expansion has:

• Several 4 person dungeons for leveling and level cap
• A raid series with 12 8 person fights broken down into 3 separate tiers, with both normal and savage difficulty
• Multiple 8 person trials in both normal and extreme difficulties
• 3 24-person alliance raid duties that are part of a side story arc

currently we have 8/12 of the raid fights released for DT and 2/3 of the alliance raids

the last tier coming out in 7.4 and the third alliance raid coming out in 7.5 presumably

that feeling of like 5-6 minutes of alr knowing it's over is really demoralizing whereas in ew you died, it was frustrating sure, but now you go right back to full focus

It’s more correct to say it’s good to use on 3+ targets than it is to say it’s not worth using, but a lot of math goes into 3 targets about what your heat gauge looks like and how far ahead you’re planning around

On larger groups the answer is just yeah it’s worth using

There were two dungeons I saw brought up a lot alexandria and Meso terminal, Alexandria I at least get it is probably the hardest dungeon ive done so far

but meso terminal was kinda... easy.
