sometimes that is unclickable, and needs you to disable the tweak then change zones to fix it, or its just stuck on screen,

Depends on the gear. But also, your direct healing as a Sage is going to be on the lower side compared to Astrologian and White Mage because Sage, like Scholar, is a barrier healer. You focus more on damage prevention, and although you do have enough recovery tools to get by, your reactionary healing is going to feel a bit wan.
That said, if you're spending the majority of your time spamming Diagnosis instead of relying on other aspects of your kit, you're going to have a rough time.

In combat and in the moment, no, it isn't directly communicated, so without third-party plugins, you're left mostly up to intuition and trial/error. However, if you or someone you play with uses the ACT software and uploads fight logs to FFlogs, you can look in the Damage Taken section and see the damage type color coded: physical damage is orange and magic damage is blue.
Yep, MSQ progresses directly from one expansion through the between-expansion "patch" quests to the next one, and pretty much everything in the game is progressively locked behind it.
You will get to a point where the MSQ will pause and wait for you to do the Crystal Tower alliance raid series, so once you beat the base ARR campaign and get into the patch quests, you can also start looking at the CT questline and dual-path things to streamline the process.

I am really confused right now.
So I am in HW and I just recently beat ARR. Ever since I have been playing ARR, I always had that voice in my head to change jobs or go back to my old job (my current job is a lvl 56 nin and my old one is a lvl 40 drg) but then I said I will find out in HW because I only wanted to spam MSQ at the time. Now I reached HW and I genuinely don't know what to do. I am enjoying ninja and I am having fun with it but I have this part of my brain telling me to go back to drg and see if I will like it more. The other half says to stick to ninja till endgame and find out in Endwalker. Then the other one says to try out machinist because its a HW class and .....gun. But now I generally don't know what to do. Usually when I post stuff like this on the server, most people say "do whatever you want" but that just leaves me more puzzled...

Honestly, I would recommend against it. It's mostly filled with people who want to feel important by spouting information that seems correct until you think about it, and in between doing that be collectively degenrate.
