Not that I know of, but if you have a screenshot program like lightshot or gyazo, engaging the screenshot (and then backing out after you get your view so you dont store anything) should pause your screen so you can get a good look at it

And for clarity, it's not "you're doing half damage you used to", it's just that the speed at which you're killing is slightly slower now, meaning the boss has the chance to go into percentage-triggered sequences
Heck, you can even see this in Ifrit Extreme if you don't burst fast enough.
Or Leviathan.
They both have scripted invuln phases, and if you don't dump enough damage to kill them before they have a chance to initiate the check for that phase (or if you're on a class that can't burst that fast), then you have to sit through all of their invuln phases in sequence.

Just make sure you're yellow on the aggro list and if your bar close to full turn off tank stance. Turn it on again after a while

Switching enemy targets: triggers + shoulder buttons. Switching allies: up/down on the d-pad.
You're already holding the triggers to perform actions anyway so the shoulder buttons feel very natural once you're used to it.
