I bought the job skip to lvl 80 for white mage, Ninja, and Samurai. The samurai got all the skills from lvl 0-80 but my white mage only has skills from 0-50 and my ninja only has the 0-36 skills that’s basically the rogue without the ninja aspect (and I don’t have the ninja Job UI that you get with the skills.) My job still tells me lvl 80 in ninja, white mage, and samurai though. Only my samurai has the complete 0-80 skills. How do I fix this? Did I break it?

Yes.
Leveling roulette gives pretty good XP once per day so that's worth doing if you want to keep up multiple jobs.

Yes, you can desynthesize old gear but you'll need to level your crafting jobs to do that.
You can also donate old gear to your Grand Company for seals, once you get to a high enough rank.

meaning you can easily drop inputs in laggy situations with high apm without queueing
so it is more important than you think for actually playing the game

something else you might find handy to know about the post patch stuff, all .1 to .3 is relevant to that expansion and finishing the storyline, and then the .4 and .5 patch questlines will be prologues to the next story. so you might find the peak of your story to be .3 generally
I like to level my 50 chars in the .1 -.5 stuff. helps to have 2 or 3 classes at level cap to spread that xp around a little better

We have been getting a lot more broad stuff however. During the next patch cycle they’re introducing actual hard and savage difficulty dungeons.

I had a similar thing when I upgraded to windows 12 or whatever it is and just had to run in admin mode for it to work. Other than that I have no idea haha
