Frankly, that's not going to do you any favors. If you want to do something like that, you can play with it at level 90, but while you're leveling it's a waste of time and gil since you'll cycle through gear so quickly.

It's going to be less about templates and more what feels comfortable to you. Speaking as a Bard main, the most important thing you can do is pick locations for frequent-use skills (like Bloodletter, Pitch Perfect, and such) which are physically simple to hit and easy to build muscle memory around.
Even seeing the visual locations won't matter because people can bind different keys to different spots on the hotbar.
But also, your level 50 kit is garbage. You're literally missing a crucial 45s of your kit.

It's not something you should worry about most of the time. There's a few debuffs you can still use to get rid of it—one of the failure mechanics in one of the 90 dungeons iirc can be Esuna'd, meaning it can also be Paean'd—but by and large most debuffs are immune.
Nature's Minne is situationally more useful, since it can help healers keep someone alive easier, but you do have to be careful about it because using it on a party member who just resurrected will remove their Transendence buff immediately

But yeah, phys-range and caster LBs are aoe, and using them on trash mobs is a load of free damage. And when you enter the final boss fight typically you gain another LB bar, and when you gain an additional LB bar you lose any accumulated meter

If you genuinely aren't invested in the story itself, and just want to get to the end of the game, you can absolutely buy a story skip and a level skip and no one can stop you. You will still need to do the story and leveling process for Endwalker, because no skips exist for current content. And if you get super confused and want to figure out what everything was referencing the whole time, you can go back and do New Game+ to redo the MSQ and get the relevant lore info.

well, dragoon is rigid and strict. it has a bunch of cooldowns and abilities you need to press on cooldown to ensure it lines up with stuff, else drifting stuff will have a tangible effect on what gets put under your damage buffs.
it has the long basic winding combos, yeah, and that's easy enough, but stuff starts getting more complicated when you add in dragon ogcd spghetti
jump gets an ability to add to a gauge, and when that gauge gets filled up to 2, you get to use a powerful burst ability that adds more things you need to weave and shove into your burst window alongside your existing additional abilities like spineshatter and dragonfire
