Yeah, as long as you're using your flood of shadow properly your mana regens passively to make up for what you use. At higher levels you'll get more ways of getting mana back

guys, I'm in a bit of a confusion. I'm trying to unlock Bozja in order to use it to grind leveling on my characters 70-80, as far as I know (read that everywhere) you need level 71 to unlock it.

The prerequisite for the quest to unlock Bozja, after doing all the alliance raids and all that, is a quest named „Hail to the Queen”, I started it but in order to continue it says that I need level 80, and The Bozjan Incident quest doesn't appear at the NPC I should take it from.

Generally it's recommended that you pick one, maybe two classes to level as you go through the main story, and then do the rest later.

Expansion jobs are unrelated to any other class, unlike the ARR jobs which are direct upgrades of the starting classes.

No, performances should not be compared across difficulty levels. In a vacuum it would seem to be a true statement, but in reality the population of uploaded logs is going to skew significantly in different directions based on the population of people actually doing that level of content.

You're much more likely to catch an increased number of more casual players in lower difficulty content, meaning your distribution of performances is going to expand on the low end; versus being generally more concentrated towards higher-end in higher difficulty, from the reduced (not gone, simply reduced) number of less-skilled players doing that content, and from the increased concentration of players uploading many high-performing logs, and several other variables I won't go into here.
