Try hitting the "recommended gear" button.

That will always recommend the highest ilevel gear you have available for a given class/job in your armory.

While others have answered the question better, also keep in mind you have a keybind to switch to whoever your target is targetting (i.e. from the enemy to the ally its hitting). It's another useful way to quickly switch around.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. @sacred apex just to go over it since I didn't see it mentioned and want to make sure you were aware (since a lot of especially newer players are not):

1. Relic weapons are generally something that you should come back to at a higher level since you can blaze through content unsynced and do things much faster. That's where the "fast" comes into play. On-level some of the steps will take much longer to do unless you're getting carried through it unsynced by other people.
2. Functionally relic weapons (other than ShB relic weapon for things like ultimates) are really just for glamour, you can get comparable weapons with just poetics quick and easy, and they'll get replaced soon enough with higher level weapons

"What is the Glamour Dresser?"

The Glamour Dresser allows you to glamour an entire set of equipment at once when in a city or town. You can find the dresser in your inn room at any of the Adventurer's guilds.

"How do I use it?"

In order to use the Glamour Dresser you need to first put the items you want to use for glamour inside of it. This requires a one-time cost of one Glamour Prism per item. You're able to safely take out the items, but you'll need to pay another Glamour Prism to put it back into the Dresser. After you have put in the glamour items you want to use for your set you'll want to click on "Edit Glamour Plates".

When the plate window opens up you can select the stored glamours you have onto the slots of the plate to create the set you desire. Once you're satisfied with your glamour click on "Save". You can now apply your Glamour Plate by accessing the Character menu, clicking the Glamour Plate button, and choosing the Plate that you have made.
