Daily roulettes are a good chunk (MSQ/Alliance/Leveling/Frontlines), you have access to Fae tribe quests at 70 which is a good 30% of a bar for three quests/day, and 71 gives you Bozja access if you've already unlocked it and want to run around doing fates/CEs.
And dungeon runs, obviously.

However, entertaining the idea that "Reaper bad because DPS bad", the governing principle is the same for all classes: running as a solo DPS is going to cause you to have a bad time because you simply do not generate enough damage-based aggro compared to the groups running content around you to achieve any significant participation in area Fates. Ergo you want to be in a party.

after that you can really just do whatever you want
I would suggest getting one job to 60 as fast as possible so you unlock custom deliveries
then you can park all other jobs at 55 so that they can do customs too
custom deliveries are weekly so optimally you would want a job to 60 by tuesday so you can cash in on this week's deliveries

Color doesn't really determine value, only mostly source. Outdated (lower item level) gear can be safely discarded or sold, unless you want to hold onto it for glamour purposes.

As far as we can tell, no? We don't know their plans about the trophy crystal shop. We do know, however, that they don't change by season. They've indicated that it will probably change by series, which is a major patch. 6.2 is the beginning of series 2 and when we'll find out how they're adjusting that stuff.

but they start at 30, so you have to level them up 20 levels, before you can continue the MSQ, if you want to use them for that
other newer jobs, only need you to be at the unlock level to start them, as they are located in the 3 main cities, and they only start 10 levels lower

If you want a gathering/crafting class just to do later content with them, I recommend botanist and culinarian. Those mostly can be sustained on their own without the other crafters, and all but one fish ingredient for CUL quests can be obtained by buying from an NPC.

The only crafter you can get away with not leveling other crafters for is culinarian. Botanist helps a lot with it.

all we know is that the buyer pays a tax, and the seller pays a tax. The backend is deliberately kept slightly obtuse to keep people from over gaming the system and you'll find that most people don't really try to optimize out the market taxes.

Any content you do is gonna limit your level anyways
And if you're level 80 and stuck in ARR, ARR zone fates are going to give incredibly negligible amount of exp

Generally speaking, a lobby server error means there was some kind of network/server instability
It could be because of something on SE's end, or it could be because of a network node issue between you and the servers.
