A lot of different colored pixels in a tight space
Zooming out reduces how much space each colour gets so you get this staticy effect
Nothing you can do except get a higher resolution screen with moar pixel which will reduce that
It's also an issue on other gear but not as prominent unless it has high contrast colors like that set

yea, quick ventures while you're in-game and the 18hr ventures when you log off/will be away for awhile
the specific 1hr ventures use to be the better way to level while playing, but they boosted quick venture exp so its much better now

There are servers with big French/German/Italian etc communities so if you want them choose the appropriate server, if not I think you can choose whatever (still from Europe)

if you pick a US server, and the time most players are online there doesn't match you, then you'll have a harder time getting parties/matchmaking for dungeons and other stuff

The only effective differences between servers are market prices and population. Preferred servers will give you a big exp boost for joining them. Especially with the new Visit system, you're able to travel to other servers anyway. But you can only join FC's and such in your Home server. As DarkNoot mentioned, most anything else just revolves around local time activity.

For the most part, yes. Partyfinder and other matchmaking things are shared throughout the entire datacenter. We even have things called Crossworld Linkshells and Fellowships that allow for inter-server communication

Not that I'm really aware of. Most players will end up in Savage (our hardest tier of content) so if you want to research further than Kupo Bot I'd suggest joining the raider discords and so forth to get a better feel for where people are. You can also just choose one now and either pay to transfer to a different server or transfer for free to preferred ones later through the website

you install it then can adjust a metric ton of shaders to change how the game looks

and then there are photo only designed shaders
the gameplay ones are fairly light
and just make things look a bit better
