My static reached the 2nd phase of P4S finally, but while we play I am on baby duty, so if he cries I go to feed him... before the second phase it was not a problem, but now I am terrified of leaving 10 minutes and come back to being kicked out and forcing the static to redo part 1

Right, getting the FC craft done takes a lot of materials and is pretty time consuming especially if you're a small FC.
The materials you have to trade to unlock the blueprint come from FC airships or submersibles (I think they're all from submersibles for that craft specifically)
You may want to just look into the prices people are selling it for if you don't want to go through all that.

New character creation is temporarily suspended when the worlds are full of players, usually during peak hours. The reason for this is because the character creation engine uses the login servers, so the game prioritises people who are both paying customers and currently have characters over people who haven't made one or aren't paying.

Because they give very poor exp. They are former level cap dungeons and were never intended to give exp in the first place; when the level cap was raised, they had exp added as an afterthought, but they're still primarily there to give tomestones.
The level 47 dungeon Aurum Vale gives much better exp than any level 50 dungeon
same deal for level 60, 70 and 80 dungeons

If you check your Jobs pane on your Character menu, you can see all jobs listed there by role type, actually.
If you haven't unlocked/leveled the initial ARR classes, they'll appear as their base class (and iirc Scholar simply won't show up at all), but it's a useful way to tell if you're not sure.
