Sen is right, it's honestly far easier to just let the game guide you to all the Currents.
The Compass will lead you directly to every explorable Current, all four sidequest Currents will be blue on your map and will show you the Current as a reward before you even accept, and the fifth quest will always be automatically given when you finish the MSQ in that zone.
They're not unreasonably obfuscated like collectibles in other games.
SE wants you to have flying in zones.

The devs have said generally that they have plans for at least five more expansions worth of content, and have had to address repeated misconceptions that "Endwalker" is "the end of the game for ever and all time and nothing will ever happen afterwards because they used the word End".

The ideal during Bahamut is to chase with Titan first because of the additional power of the oGCDs, and lead into Garuda. But making sure you haven't locked yourself into Ifrit when you need to move is a primary consideration.
Summoner has a lot of free movement, but you'll have roughly three or four GCDs where you're locked.
