you can hold shift to grid snap as you move things in HUD layout, and resize stuff

If you have a large monitor you might want to bring the party list closer to the middle of the screen for better visibility, especially if you play healer

The chat box can be moved by clicking on the "general" tab and dragging it

and resized by dragging the top right corner

not all cutscenes are skippable, and not all voice/text lines in some cutscenes are skippable

Everything is put into storage and it's temporarily doubled

You should be able to check in the housing menu if your house is ready to relocate

word of advice: get your dohs to 80 at least first before doing it, with the 80 skill trained eye it's much easier to craft all the items at once all at HQ and just turn them in
