at the time of expansion relics are basically the best weapon you can get when you do their entire questline in exchange for a long grind
but since content depreciates in value due to level cap and item level changes they get left behind but you're still incentivized to do them for glam since they've reduced the difficulty of the steps
the only one that still gets genuine value are the stormblood and shadowbringers one
stormblood ones have genuine tangible effects in Eureka, which you have to do to get it in the first place (take that how you will)
shadowbringers ones are good for downsync shenanigans in ultimates

EX1 is hope you don't have a pre-existing visual condition that makes you unable to see ||the snakes and other animals|| and EX2 is a pretty vanilla experience for an EX with reasonable tells and movement but it's no joke if you mess up
but yeah EX1 is far more forgiving imo due to lack of DPS check or necessary team mechs

Overcapping the gear's stat capacity is something we generally want to avoid. But CP are super beneficial, so what the guide is likely having you do is cap out the CP capacity with one materia so you can use the other slot for something else.

It does as I recall but DRS is entirely optional. DRN is a requirement but there's practically no reason to run the savage version aside from the mount, which is guaranteed like the BA mount.

It depends on what you define as "worth it". If you're fine with the free trial restrictions, it could absolutely be better for you to get through HW before having to start paying every month—which is important, because once you start your paid subscription, you cannot go back to being a free trial player.
But if you want access to the full game despite not being all the way through those two campaigns, it might be more worth it to you to start paying for it.

That's the weird part.
They've clearly done Voidsent, because they have Routine unlocked. They should have had Crystal by this point, but they don't have Priority unlocked which means it hasn't been completed, and the only other reason it wouldn't show up would have to be because it hasn't appeared. But they clearly have at least three squadron members past the level to unlock it.

If you’re at least Second Sergeant rank, then you should just run dungeons, roll on all loot and turn it into your Gc via “supply and provisioning” > “expert delivery”
This is the main way to get seals once you’re past that rank.

So I have a little problem with the adventurer plate.
I have 2 different portraits and I want to assign them to 2 different jobs, so that the correct portrait is always displayed when I queue with the respective class in PvP. The problem is that always the first portrait is used and it only changes the glam to the one from gear set 2. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Ok maybe this is dead content but I'm playing around with chocobo racing and breeding. I retired my first chocobo at 40 and got another and trained her to 40 to retire. But both of their pedigrees are fully 2stars. How do you ever increase to 3/4 stars when every chocobo you raise will have 2 stars across the board?

All buffs have a minor delay when activing and clipping your gcd to use them will very likely make it not get affected
