you won't have access to drk until you start the first expansion, Heavensward. If you want to switch tanks, you can start the marauder questline in limsa and level up from there. If you want to stick with gladiator, you should get the unlock quest for paladin from your class trainer

If you're doing anything other than dungeons as a healer you're doing it wrong
You should have basically instant queues most of the time unless you play at very odd hours or it's Tuesday and most people are doing weekly reclears of Savage and Aglaia instead

But there's no solid answer to "how long is it".
It's a meaty expansion. I recommend you don't rush.

There’s no instant invite, people can do it a lot faster than two seconds.
I’m not even aware of a plugin to invite.
Other option is they are using player search and just happening to catch you but that’s highly unlikely

i invite pretty fast i'd say and there are ppl that can do it faster, i gave an example of ppl spam lfg and they just end up inviting newest entry, making it look like they invited previous when the mouse was just over bottom entry of list (newest lfg entry), when you know placement of options its a lot faster, which i already said too, i don't know if there are any mods or anything tho but if that was the case i guess i would never be able to invite ppl? just get used to it, if you play with gamepad use mouse instead (unless on console) to invite.

If your upgrades are at 60+, it automatically changes your weapon to its kinna version.

Well, synced down yeah but your upgrades are still above 60. Making it count for the visual upgrade.

That last part is up to you but as for getting upgrades, technically the fastest would be to do floors 51-100 over and over.

If your aetherpool level isn’t synced, upgrades are guaranteed.
If, you know, the chest doesn’t explode first.
