It’s a somewhat low chance to learn. If you’re going for the cast in Haukke Manor, you need to wait until the last add phase during the last boss and bring the floating eye mob to low HP. It’ll only cast it when it’s HP is very low. Once it finishes the cast, you can then kill it.

Yes, the only requirement to play Reaper is getting another job to level 70 and doing all that without progressing the story seems like a waste of time. Maybe when you're in the 50-60 range you could think about doing roulettes to get to 70 and then go Reaper from there on out, but I would definitely just go up to HW as another class.

Yep, once you're overleveled and the main story halts at 50 for a bit, roulettes can easily get you to 70 by the time you get to Heavensward - depending on how much you play each day of course.
Once per day, yes - but once you get to 50 you get different kinds of roulettes as well.

From lvl 70 onwards, you can only access poetics gear after you finish the base expansion
Just gear using msq coffers and dungeon drops
That's more than enough until you start doing patch content

I think bad breath can be reflected, but I'm not positive. It's not hard to get (overworld morlbols), so you can grab it and try it.

Basically all of the pieces, at least on Gilgamesh, hover around 40k-60k
And as a reference point; most of the Daily Roulettes give around 15k if you’re the role in need and have the daily bonus available

As a new player it's easy to overrate double XP though even if can be pretty useful - realize that it will mostly help you level alternate jobs. It won't help you get to endgame any faster.

Sure - if you plan on playing multiple jobs then it's a good idea to start early to not waste xp.

Just saying, if you're the kind of player that just plays a single job at endgame then the XP boost won't do a lot. You still need to get through the story and XP won't help you do that faster.

plus, HW means that you can unlock and level an HW job by the time you get there since Patch Quests don't give a significant amount of EXP even with the buff

If you are on free trial, the best practice for that bonus is DoL, DoH, they dont get the normal armoury bonus. But they are best to level up together, which gonna be a chore rather than an enjoyment
