Medica 1 has a larger radius, but can only be cast from yourself as the center. Cure 3 can be cast on someone else to make them the center of the aoe heal, but has smaller radius. I suppose there could be specific situations in high end content where it might matter, but in casual stuff I would just use Cure 3.

Are there any differences between mounts?
Some mounts allow multiple people (2/4/8) to ride at once, with all mounts having the same movement speed. A partial exception to this rule is the SDS Fenrir, a mount from the Mog Station. The SDS Fenrir acts as if you have the first mount speed boost obtained from completing specific quests in the story, making it a bit faster than other mounts, but only until completing the relevant story quests for that zone.
Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

Cuz I usually pop regen, run next to my tank, maybe a bit behind and pop my sprint whenever they do.
But one of my friends tells me that this should not be done, because healer gets aggrod by some of the mobs then? I have my healthbar so why wouldn't I make use of it though, tank regains the aggro later anyways.

this is old advice that you don't need to follow as much now due to how Tank Stance removes aggro management problems that existed in stormblood and before
Regens should be used when you can, since it's the most efficient heal you have for the MP

tank main. it's perfectly fine to regen the tank during the pull but stay close to them, basically
sounds like you're doing it right
the problem is where healers are still like 20yalms behind the tank tossing regen, and probably not sprinting
then enemies get awkwardly aggro ripped onto the healer between tank gcds, and they have to double back to regain aggro
if the healer is close enough to smell the tank's aftershave, then the enemies who aggro onto the healer will simply get hit by the tank's next aoe and transfer their priority to the tank

there's no penalty for being manually kicked out, for better or for worse. You only get penalized if AFK timer kicks you, or you use the Leave Duty button
the penalty resets at daily reset anyways so you'll only have to live with it for a few more hours
