It's the same roulette, and it covers the same duties. The duties themselves have been altered, and the rewards for completion have been adjusted according to the time commitment.

No. And I do not believe it is possible to use a mod for it, either, given that the inventory-plate is not overwritten in the same process as the gear's model is.
I could be wrong, of course. But from the way I understand how this game works with itself, and how a mod would have to work alongside it, the logistics of implementation would seem to be borderline ridiculous.

The MNK retainer is locked in, unfortunately, since you can’t change their job once given the job upgrade. The pugilist, however, can simply be given a job upgrade to RPR once they hit level 70 pugilist.
