Ok, here's my doubt: I'm with 100.42 desynth skill level in GSM and there's a message in orange letters which as the guys in NN told me, mean I'm above the bare minimum to get fieldcraft materia III. Would be any better to my chances raise more this desynth skill level? Or it wouldn't make such a difference because it's all mostly rng? Every roulette has a daily bonus attached to it, but specifically for leveling, only Leveling, MSQ, and to some extent Alliance are the major gains. Frontlines as well if you don't mind the mode. Everything else is mainly worth it for tomestones.

A question about Physical Ranged DPSing. When I target a regular mob and auto-attack, my movement speed is relatively fast and I can easily keep my distance. You can start picking up dungeon gear at 85 when the ilvl increases

Yep. You should get at least one piece of gear for your class when you complete a dungeon, and around the 83 point is when dungeon gear starts outstripping tomestone gear, so you can start swapping in whatever you get there as well. 85/86, the MSQ reward gear also starts outstripping it, so just replace as you go.
